“ We have just been France and had the pleasure of dining at Michelin starred restaurants. This restaurant met or surpassed anything we experienced there. The culinary combinations were creative and delicious! The courses just kept coming, each a delight in its own way. Our server was warm, funny and attentive enhancing our dining experience. “ Best all round experience I've ever had to date! You guys have done something incredible by bringing this type of dining to Canmore. It's so different but in the best way possible. I am so annoyed it's taken me this long to dine there. My friend and I opted for the Chefs Choice menu. More because we would spend too much time trying to decide on what we wanted but also trusted the process and were looking forward to what we would get. We were warned that it was going to be a lot of food.. we were hungry.. and yes a decent amount of food but none of it went to waste, it was too good. Favourite items would be; Bombay beef Hand "crab" rolls Crispy Eggs Butter Beer cocktail! I cannot wait to come back to try more. “ We went in on a Monday and luckily no reservations were needed. We decided to go with the Yes Chef menu as we wanted to try everything if possible! (Foodies issues ) and it was worth every penny. I appreciate the innovation of every dish and you can tell the chef really put their heart into it which is rare nowadays. The cocktails were amazing too! Everything was spot on! Thank you for the delicious meal. Will definitely visit again! ”
“ Wow. We were a group of six from Ontario that booked a reservation here with intentions of selecting items off the menu, but we decided on the “yes chef”. It was 130 pp. and drinks averaged around 20 each. It was incredible. We stopped counting at 17 plates because we literally could not eat anymore and they were generous enough to pack up a dessert to go. The environment is very cozy and the service was exceptional. They have really interesting cocktails like a buttered popcorn old-fashioned, and the martinis are served with some fancy olives. Would definitely recommend. ”
